There are times when my faith is in whirlwind state regardless whether if I’m in a bad or good situation..it did occur to me that time when I question God’s existence..I did not encounter an atheist but my friend did she told me that she was almost convince about the existence of God, she said that if you would listen to his (atheist) you might also almost agree with what he said…so I try to internalize his belief & put my self in his shoe for a few minutes…what If there is no God? that only means that everything that is happening to us is the cause & effect of our own efforts & actions,there would be no greater sense of humilty..& the most is the feeling of emptiness..just trying to internalize a life without God it felt so empty & senseless,I think God is answering me by making me feel that way.
Thankfully I was raised believing in God though I got so many questions that I couldn’t even comprehend but still I do believe in His existence,goodness & love for us. Because He created us so exquisitely that He gave us freewill to act & think beyond our allowable capabilities to the point of questioning His existence, He challenges our logical minds. I think this is one of His unusual way to connect with us in a much deeper sense & putting our faith to the next level.
In conclusion…I have this short prayer
Dear Lord,
For some moment in our lives we question You, to the point Your existence & when these happens to us I ask You Lord to touch our heart in Your most wondrous & glorious ways,those unexplained question we have if knowing such will lead us far away from our relationship with You Lord, then please let those questions stay as questions forever, for it is not understanding everything that is the most important thing but Your unconditional love You are giving to us is more than enough to answer everything.
As i look farther at the horizons, i close my eyes & gave my long sigh always been longing for an emotion that will keep my heart still & beat fast at the same time…a gaze that says it all no words need be spoken the quiteness of the moment will fill every thoughts & desire…a warm hand that holds tightly never letting go…a soul that is kind & sincere a true heaven’s gift…in time it will be…patience,faith,hope…& definitely love :)

Baked spinach and sun dried tomato frittata with feta cheese
Ingredients for 4 (quantities depend also on the size of your baking dish)
400 g spinach
A little garlic
Butter, enough to saute the spinach and to coat the inside of the dishes
4 eggs
4 pcs sun dried tomatoes
60 - 80 g feta cheese
a little parmesan cheeseMethod
Quickly saute the spinach with a little finely chopped garlic in butter
Season the spinach with salt and nutmeg, keep aside
Mix 4 eggs with 4 tblsp cream and add a bit salt
Coat the inside of your baking dishes with a little soft butter and put the spinach inside
Now slice the tomatoes and crumble the cheese and add on top of the spinach
Pout the egg mix over it, just enough to cover the filling.
Sprinkle a little parmesan on top and bake them in a 17 C oven for 12 minutes.
Again, baking time depends on the size of your dish.
Alternatively you could prepare this in a non stick frying pan, as a flat omelet.

Lord use me as an instrument of your goodness please give me enough courage, strength and enthusiasm to glorify You in my simple and grand way. I seek to know you everyday and pray that I will not be out of focus on my intentions. I know I’m not worthy but with your grace and love I would be able to be what I can be in your honor.Let me be reminded to also be a loving person to my love ones and even people I find difficult to love because I know that for You Lord it’s easy & effortless to love each and everyone of us..Thank you Jesus for everything & giving Your life to us..i love you too. :)
